Taco salad lunch
Went to yoga at lunch today. It was intense for me. It felt really good to stretch though.

Breakfast 1/19
I hurried really fast this morning to pack my lunch and get everything ready for my day.... Then I get to work and I realize I forgot my breakfast... So I'm having bacon and potatoes w/ gravy. Yoga today at lunch!

Peanut chicken

So it starts
I'm starting a blog. The purpose of this blog is for me to recognize everything I eat at the end of the day.
I have started a weight loss journey. A lifestyle change, if you will. I am 30 and I weigh 230(ish) pounds. Heaviest was 242.
I started walking pretty regularly on Nov 2nd 2010 and have "upped" my exercise at the beginning of 2011.
I started fitness classes offered at my job yesterday and I go to the gym in the evenings. I am looking to do more work at the gym in the evenings - that is my next goal.
So during the course of this - I will be taking pictures of the foods I am eating during the day and the exercise I do as well.
Here we go... Wish me luck!
